| "A glorious perfume that continues to deepen with time, the balance is quite unique, being neither heavy and cloying, yet not light, one dimensional and flabby like most modern perfumes. I never tire of this perfume unlike hundreds of others I have tried. |

"I went for this unsniffed, based on the description (citrus, vanilla, musk, jasmine, and lily of the valley). Not being a lover of white flower notes, I was wary, but hopeful that the vanilla might balance them. Sadly, though, the vanilla barely whispers in the loud, boisterous crowd of florals, bitter spice, and sharp musk (which drowned out nearly everything else in the drydown), and I could detect no citrus whatsoever. It felt heavy and aging on me, and although I gave it a good long test, never settled down into anything I'd be comfortable wearing."
